MAINTENANCE OFFICER

AHA Grade 4, £41,763 - £46,404 per annum plus Essential User Car Allowance

35 hours per week

Location – 93 High Street, Arbroath (Plans to relocate to Ethiebeaton Park, Monifieth 2027)

Angus Housing Association is a key provider of affordable housing for rent in Dundee and Angus. We have Offices in Arbroath and Dundee from which we manage over 2,000 houses.

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled individual within our Property Management Team. This is a permanent position. The new post-holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of around 500 properties.

The person we are looking for should have several years’ experience of working in the construction sector, of which, some should have involved site supervision or quality control.

You should also possess good computing skills, be an excellent verbal and written communicator and preferably hold a relevant qualification and/or some experience of working in the Housing Association Sector.

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
