  • Working collaboratively with tenants, contractors and colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes and customer satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with excellent customer focus and communication skills.

  • Experience of property maintenance, planned works, contractor management or housing asset management.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Good ICT skills and experience of working with performance, asset or property-related information systems.

Why Join Partick Housing Association?

At Partick Housing Association, our people are at the heart of our success. We offer a supportive and collaborative working environment together with an excellent benefits package including:

  • Flexible working and flexitime arrangements
  • SHAPS pension scheme with 10% employer contribution
  • Learning and development opportunities

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a respected housing association that consistently seeks to improve services, invest in homes and support our communities.

If you are passionate about housing, asset management and delivering excellent customer outcomes, we would love to hear from you.
