Maintenance Services Manager

Ourclient based in Paisley is looking for a Maintenance Services Manager tosupport a busy Estates team.

Your new role

You will beresponsible for overseeing day-to-day building maintenance activities, managingcontractors and in-house trades staff.

Key duties include:

• Managing planned and reactive maintenance works
• Supervising maintenance teams and specialist contractors
• Monitoring health & safety and statutory compliance
• Supporting water hygiene and Legionella compliance programmes
• Managing budgets, service performance and maintenance records
• Responding to maintenance issues and operational incidents as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience managing maintenance services within a large estate, facilities or property environment
• Experience leading maintenance teams and contractors
• Good knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance
• Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
• Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems
