Maintenance Team Leader (B1)

Experteer Overview As a Maintenance Team Leader in the Production team at British Airways Maintenance Glasgow, you will lead and supervise teams performing scheduled maintenance, inspections and defect rectification. You'll oversee day-to-day team activities, drive improvements, and develop the team while ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate across shifts and support functions to meet targets and reduce aircraft downtimes. This role combines technical leadership with people management in a high-reliability environment.
