Management Consulting Senior Manager - Banking

Experteer Overview In this Senior Manager role, you drive technology-enabled transformations for banking clients, helping them modernize operations and accelerate growth. You will lead cross-functional teams within Accenture's Banking practice, shaping end-to-end programs from strategy to delivery. You tackle complex, large-scale changes across retail and commercial banking, leveraging data, cloud, and AI capabilities. You'll work with C-suite executives to solve critical problems and build new banking offerings, while developing your own leadership brand within a global network. Pay / Benefits

• Lead and manage Banking transformation programs from strategy development through execution Coordinate work across Accenture teams and client stakeholders Develop and refine next-generation banking offerings Mentor and develop junior consultants and analysts Drive business development and originate new client opportunities Support in sales proposals and offerings Contribute banking SME knowledge to internal and external stakeholders Build a strong cross-functional network across Accenture and client organizations Tasks Experience in Retail or Commercial Banking in advisory, operational, or leadership roles Understanding of core banking platforms, mortgages, payments, cards, and regulatory change End-to-end credit lifecycle experience: sales, origination, fulfilment, servicing, portfolio management Experience with agile delivery and writing user stories Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills (senior leaders) 5+ years of banking project management and exposure to relevant systems Knowledge of cloud, data/analytics tools, and AI-enabled banking solutions Commercial awareness to support engagements and spot market opportunities Ability to collaborate across business, technology, and operations stakeholders Key requirements 30 days' vacation per year Private medical insurance 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work Flexibility and mobility to work onsite with clients Competitive salary and extensive benefits package
