Experteer Overview In this role you will bridge legal practice and technology to improve workflows, governance and adoption of AI-enabled tools. You will partner with lawyers across practices and regions to translate legal needs into practical tech solutions, while ensuring risk, confidentiality and client-facing clarity. You will shape the firm's legal tech strategy and support cross-functional delivery of initiatives that enhance efficiency and legal delivery at scale. This is a hands-on, collaborative position at the intersection of law and technology with a global team. Pay / Benefits
- Engage with lawyers across practice groups and geographies to understand challenges that technology can address Translate practical legal needs into clear requirements and implementation approaches Differentiate between essential business needs and desirable features to solve defined problems Document current-state workflows, pain points, requirements, and future-state processes Assess if requirements can be met with the existing legal tech portfolio and guide tool matching Review and assess the portfolio for usage, gaps, and opportunities to improve governance and adoption Support alignment of legal tech, AI and IT strategies with governance and risk priorities Identify unmet requirements and scope new pilots or projects Build and configure Copilot agents and AI-enabled solutions (including SharePoint and Microsoft Agent Builder) Represent business needs in bespoke development to reflect legal practice and UX considerations Demonstrate legal tech applications to lawyers and business teams with practical use cases and limitations Stay informed on developments in legal tech and AI and share insights to support decision-making Create and maintain internal communications and guidance materials about the legal tech portfolio Assist in drafting business cases for new technology and support vendor management activities Identify and escalate risks related to confidentiality, data protection, information security and output validation Collaborate with Risk, IT, Finance, HR, Business Services and others to deliver initiatives Assist with client-facing responses describing tools, governance and safeguards Communicate clearly across jurisdictions and audiences Tasks Experience in legal technology, AI, automation or digital transformation in a legal or professional services environment Familiarity with legal workflows and practice Ability to communicate confidently with lawyers at all levels and adapt style by audience Strong analytical skills to translate needs into actionable requirements Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint and AI-enabled tools; quick learner of new platforms Strong written communication for process notes, requirements, business cases and guidance materials Awareness of risks in legal tech and AI, including human oversight and confidentiality Strong stakeholder management and collaborative work style across functions Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams and conversations Comfort with remote work and across time zones Key requirements
