An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit for the post of Manager - Property Asset.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead and manage a group of professional, technical staff responsible for the new build, refurbishment, management and maintenance of the Council's property (non-housing) portfolio.

This will include assisting the leadership team and ensuring that service delivery objectives are met, all contributing to the achievement of the outcomes set out in the council's corporate and other plans.
