Full Job Description

Vinci Hair Clinic is one of the world's leading hair restoration groups, operating surgical clinics across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. We are growing fast and we need the right person to lead that growth from the front.
This is a sales-first, growth-first leadership role. If your instinct is to delegate down and manage from a desk, this is not for you.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS REALLY ABOUT
We are looking for someone who has spent their career driving revenue, opening locations, building teams, and doing whatever it takes to hit the number - including the things that feel beneath the job title. You will report directly to the CEO and COO. You will own the UK operation. You will be measured on commercial results.
We currently operate surgical clinics in London and Manchester, supported by a network of satellite and treatment clinics across the UK and Ireland. With around 50 staff across the UK operation, this is a business with real substance - and real ambition. Glasgow opens as a full surgical clinic later this year, with Ireland and Northern Ireland to follow. You will play a central role in every one of those openings - not from a boardroom, but on the ground.
What you will actually be doing:
Drive sales performance across the UK clinic network - conversion rates, lead follow-up, consultant accountability, revenue per patientOwn the commercial P&L for UK operationsBe a visible, daily presence in the business - the person the team sees and feels, not just hears aboutLead new clinic openings end to end - from pre-launch setup to hitting month-one targetsCoach and challenge the sales and ops team directly - sitting in on calls, reviewing performance, giving real-time feedbackIdentify and fix the gaps between what the operation should be delivering and what it actually isWork alongside marketing to maximise conversion from every lead generatedNo task is too small. If something needs doing and it moves the business forward, you do itWHO WE NEED
Industry background is secondary. What matters is that you have spent your career growing things - revenue, teams, locations - and you have done it hands-on.
You will be right for this if you

£90,000 base salaryUp to £30,000 in quarterly performance bonuses - tied to commercial and operational KPIs that are genuinely achievable£120,000 total package for someone who hits their targetsDirect line to the CEO - fast decisions, no corporate layersA business with real momentum, a strong brand, and serious growth plansThe scope to build something and leave your mark on it
If you are a driver, not a passenger - and you want to be part of something that is genuinely going somewhere - we want to hear from you.
