We are looking for a 12-month maternity cover to cover the post of Market and Business Development Planning Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping market growth strategies that drive sustainable economic impact across Scotland.
The role will provide analysis of data and insight from a range of internal and external sources to help inform market development and business growth priorities for the team and help maximise Scotland's global appeal as a leading visitor destination. The role will highlight actionable insights for the wider team to influence decision making for market development and business development plans.
The role operates with a high degree of autonomy in a complex, global environment, leading cross-functional collaboration together with the Marketing Planning Manager to deliver a holistic approach to our directorate activity and measurable improvements in visitor value, seasonal spread, and regional economic impact.
Contract and Compensation
- Contract Type: Maternity Cover (12 month FTC)
- Salary Grade: Grade G (£45,297 - 50,694)
