Join Our Team at Ipsos!Are you ready to step out into your community and make a difference? As a Field Market Research Interviewer with Ipsos, you'll have the exciting opportunity to travel across bus routes and stations, engaging with passengers to enhance public transport across the UK.
What the Role InvolvesYour shifts will focus on specific routes, stops, or stations, and we'll equip you with everything you need to succeed, including a tablet, survey materials, and ID. Here's what you'll be doing:
Approaching passengers and inviting them to participate in a brief survey
Asking structured questions and accurately recording their responses
Gathering valuable feedback on their journey and overall experience
Occasionally counting passenger numbers (footfall)
You'll Be a Great Fit If You: Are confident speaking to members of the public
Feel comfortable working independently in various locations
Can stay motivated, even when responses are low
Hold a full driving license and have access to a car
Shifts and FlexibilityShifts can vary, offering you a dynamic work experience:
Some shifts involve traveling on a bus for the entire route
Others are based at a bus stop or station, typically lasting around 3 hours
You'll be working independently in public-facing environments, so confidence and resilience are essential!
What to Expect Paid per shift (not hourly)
Typically 2-5 shifts per week, depending on local demand
Flexible, part-time work that fits around your other commitments
Free travel on the bus services you are surveying
Opportunities for additional work and performance-based earnings
