Had Fab is growing and we’re looking for a creative, people focused Marketing and Communications Coordinator to bring our culture, values and people stories to life.

This role sits within the People team and focuses on internal communications, employer branding and recruitment campaigns. You’ll shape how we communicate with our teams, how we show up as an employer and how our culture is seen and felt across the business.

The role includes

• Creating engaging internal communications across intranet, email and digital channels
• Supporting employer brand and recruitment campaigns
• Producing people focused content such as stories, interviews and visuals
• Supporting internal events, wellbeing and engagement activity
• Maintaining People and Culture branding and materials
• Supporting CSR, community and charity initiatives

About you

• Experience in internal communications, employer branding or marketing
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
• Confident using tools such as Canva and digital platforms
• Creative, organised and people driven
