Full Job Description
- Support the preparation and execution of trade shows and other events
- Develop ideas and designs for promotional giveaways
- Support the creation of booth messaging and communication materials
- Contribute to booth design concepts and related event materials Marketing Project Management
- Create and maintain marketing communication planning tools
- Support the development and maintenance of the annual event plan
- Coordinate and update the annual new product introduction plan
- Maintain the annual content plan and help track deliverables, deadlines, and responsibilities
- Support the coordination of marketing activities across different teams and business units Content Creation
- Create content for social media channels
- Support the development and maintenance of website content
- Assist with video creation, editing, and coordination
- Develop and update customer-facing presentations Local Business Unit Support
- Support local Business Units with marketing projects
- Create local marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and event collateral
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers where required
