Full Job Description
We're looking for a Master Data Administrator to join our Customer Operations team and play a key role in supporting our business through accurate, efficient and timely master data management. What you'll be doing
- Creating and maintaining customer, product and pricing master data across multiple business systems
- Supporting the setup and ongoing maintenance of customer accounts, materials and supplier information
- Managing purchase order creation and administration for the Commercial function
- Monitoring and resolving system errors to ensure orders, invoicing and data flows run smoothly
- Supporting product launches, business changes and continuous improvement projects
- Building strong relationships across Commercial, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain and Customer Operations teams
- Acting as a subject matter expert for master data processes and supporting colleagues with system knowledge and best practice
- Ensuring all activities are completed in line with agreed service levels and data governance standards
Experience in master data management, ideally within an FMCG or supply chain environment - Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of SAP, AS400 or Cognos would be beneficial
- Understanding of product supply chains and retailer requirements would be an advantage
- Team player who takes ownership and has a right-first-time mindset
