Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsWarehouseJob DescriptionPosition ObjectiveTo prepare, verify and deliver PDC & DPM batches that support Cell Culture Media manufacturing. Ensure materials are accurately picked, staged and supplied on time while maintaining GMP compliance, inventory accuracy and a safe working environment.Essential FunctionsPick, verify and kit materials in accordance with production schedules, SOPs and batch documentation.Accurately perform inventory transactions using ERP systems and barcode scanners.Stage and deliver completed kits to manufacturing on time.Return unused materials and maintain full material traceability.Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials or stock shortages
promptly.Operate material handling equipment safely (where authorised).Maintain GMP, GDP, EHS and 5S standards within warehouse and kitting areas.Prioritise workload to meet production requirements and changing business needs.Support continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, quality and efficiency.Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality and Warehouse teams.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceExperience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing within a GMP environment preferred.Knowledge of inventory control and material traceability.Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and handheld scanners.Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills with a commitment to safety and quality.
