Mechanical Supervisor

Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting on behalf of a large M&E client who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team, working on projects across Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical building services background who enjoys being hands-on, leading site teams and ensuring works are delivered to a high standard.

The Role of the Mechanical Supervisor:

• Supervising mechanical installation works on site.
• Managing and coordinating site operatives and subcontractors.
• Ensuring works are completed in line with project programmes.
• Monitoring quality of installation and ensuring works meet specifications.
• Coordinating with project managers and other trades.
• Maintaining health & safety standards across site.
• Supporting the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish.

Requirements of the Mechanical Supervisor:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within building services.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical installations.
• Experience working on commercial construction projects.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to manage site teams and keep works progressing.
