Full Job Description

As a Meetings & Events Sales Hub Executive your role will be to manage and convert enquiries within our central hub office to support the revenue growth within the business and support the delivery of the commercial strategy. A key focus will be required on customer relationships, maximising all revenue and attention to detail.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Identifying any new leads and contacts, working with the front of house teams in driving engagement in Aimbridge EMEA and brand initiatives for lead generation.

  • Responding to sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  • Conducting sales lead calls to potential new accounts and clients.

  • Performing general office duties and administrative tasks where needed.

  • Keeping up to date records of competitor information


  • This role is being offered on a part-time basis, working 5 hours per day (with lunch break) across Monday - Friday. We are flexible with start/finish times to suit any applicant who may have child care commitments.

    Based in the Regional Sales Hub in the Mercure Livingston Hotel, you will be part of a small (but mighty!) team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn't always mean working around the clock.

    To be successful in his role you will ideally had previous experience working in a Sales team, preferably in the hospitality industry. An excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills are paramount to ensure success within this role. You will be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and be able to respond and thrive within a fast-paced environment. Experience with the systems 'Opera' or 'Brilliant' would be beneficial but not required.
