Full Job Description

As a MET Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our repair process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dismantling and reassembling vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and specifications.

  • Conducting inspections to identify vehicle damage and repair requirements.

  • Using your expertise to diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively.

  • Working closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.

  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

    Previous experience as a MET Technician or similar role in the automotive repair industry.

  • Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of vehicle repair techniques.

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) would be advantageous.

    Up to £70,000 OTE per annum subject to skills and experience, Competitive salary plus performance related bonus
