Full Job Description

In this short-term role, you will design and implement advanced Microsoft Forms and Power Automate solutions to enhance the efficiency of our team at Conviction. You'll be responsible for researching, planning, executing, and reviewing a series of sprints aimed at improving our internal processes and enhancing our service users' access to our offerings. This role involves creating a series of forms that integrate with Microsoft Teams, Planner, and Power Automate. You'll set up automated workflows for notifications, task assignments, and data management within these platforms. Key tasks include setting up email automations, developing auto-numbering systems, and implementing data security features to ensure privacy compliance., In the first instance, please send a cover letter and a copy of your CV via the Reach Volunteering platform.   • Service design, We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help us create advanced Microsoft Forms and Power Automate integrations, linking Teams, Planner, and other Microsoft tools to streamline our workflows during our transformation programme., A minimum of 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and integrating other Microsoft 365 tools like Teams and Planner.
  • Accreditation, certification, or a relevant qualification (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Power Platform certification, or equivalent).
  • A strong understanding of data protection legislation (e.g., GDPR or UK Data Protection Act) - training can be provided if necessary.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, including managing sprints and iterative process improvement.
  • Problem-solving skills to research, plan, and execute complex workflows that improve team efficiency.
  • Knowledge of data security best practices to ensure compliance and safeguard sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with a virtual team.
