Our Global Technology Business Unit are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Solution Architect to join us, working with high-profile clients and building systems that make the everyday easier. When you start your CGI story, not only will you be improving people's lives, you can be sure we'll do the same for you., As an advisory M365 Solution Architect, you'll be working with a varied mix of clients and wide range of exciting projects. You'll be delivering work at high and low level; Shaping, strategy, technical design and 'on the tools'. Every project will present a different challenge; so, if you are enthusiastic and adaptable, this is an opportunity for you to thrive. This role will involve:
- Collaborating with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective M365 solutions.
- Leading the design and delivery of M365 solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and security standards.
- Providing hands-on support for M365 migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to optimise client environments and drive innovation.
- Mentoring and guiding team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development across projects.
Strong working knowledge across the M365 portfolio, with SME knowledge in one or more specialist areas, such as SharePoint, TEAMS and OneDrive. - Experience working with a range of different project and architecture methodologies and frameworks (Agile Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, TOGAF, RCDA etc.).
- Track record of architecting M365 solutions and the creation of HLD documents. Including experience of migrating from another M365 / on-premise environment.
- Quickly develop close working relationships and engage with others at an appropriate level.
- Empathise and understand client requirements, aligning the solution/technology with the desired outcome.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels and balance risk vs reward vs cost.
- Bring fresh ideas based on past successes (and failures) from previous engagements to new scenarios.
