Midday Supervisory Assistant

Unity Education Trust seeks to appoint a calm and reliable adult with strong communication skills who would like the opportunity to support children for 1 hour 15 minutes each day as a Midday Supervisory Assistant at Kings Park Infant School. Midday supervisors support the children by serving their lunches, supervising play inside or outside and clearing away food safely.

This role requires a firm but fair approach to communicate effectively and appropriately with the young people. Although supporting these pupils can be challenging, the rewards are immense as we see them develop and succeed in their education supported in a safe setting focused on positive relationships. This post will come under the requirements of the Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 Regulations and the successful applicant will be required to complete a declaration form to establish whether they are disqualified under these regulations.
