What you'll be doing

- Working closely with key stakeholders to deliver effective and independent oversight of the models used in all areas of Tesco Bank.
- Support the transition of our models to the Barclays Model Risk Framework.
We need you to have
- Experience of working across a wide range of Banking disciplines, which should include Finance, Credit Risk and Commercial Functions.
- Knowledge and understanding of model build, validation and governance within Retail Banking.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
And if you have any of these, even better
- Advanced Analytical Capability with in-depth knowledge of statistical and mathematical techniques and models used within Retail Banking.
- Strong understanding of the Regulatory agenda.
- Degree qualified or equivalent.
We don't expect you to tick every box, and if you feel you hit most of the brief, it's worth exploring to further develop your career here with us.

- Performance related annual bonus.
- Indulge in a generous holiday allowance with a minimum of 7.2 weeks, with the opportunity to buy more.
- Embrace the benefits of our Colleague Clubcard (until March 2026), enjoy a 10% discount that increases to 15% every payday (worth up to 2K). As an added perk, we'll give you a second card to share with someone else.
- Benefit from our family-oriented initiatives, encompassing enhanced maternity leave pay, a shared parental leave policy, and a generous paid paternity leave.
