Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with several operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Refurbishment, Housing and Maintenance. We employ over 290 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and articulate individual to join our fast-paced Marketing and Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing & Business Development Administrator, you will be actively involved in a range of tasks to support the marketing and business development teams, including:
· Maintaining customer database.
· Recording tender opportunities.
· Producing and maintaining supporting marketing materials including; presentations, organisational charts, CV’s and case studies.
· Support the team with researching new business opportunities, including monitoring tender platforms.
· Supporting research into target sectors, clients and upcoming tender opportunities.
· Providing administrative and coordination support for marketing and business development activities within each division.
· Supporting company networking events.
· Any other activity required to support the Business Development and Marketing team.
Candidate
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and qualities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong multi-tasking ability.
· Ambitious, proactive, and confident.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This is a permanent, full-time position and will be based in our Paisley Head Office although due to the nature of the role travel will be required.
