Mortgage Advisor (Aberdeenshire / Hybrid / No weekends)

Mortgage Advisor / whole of the market / Aberdeenshire / £33,000-£48,000+ basic salary (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits / full time / hybrid 3 days at home

We are keen to speak with Aberdeenshire-based Mortgage & Protection Advisors open to a new challenge.

Our successful and well-established client offers it's customers whole of the market mortgage and protection advice and its staff a friendly and cohesive working environment without any annoying micro-management!

The team is made up of experienced advisors and case managers servicing the full spectrum of clients, including first time buyers, landlords, new build and re-mortgage.

This is a high earning role offering a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission and excellent ancillary benefits such as income protection and private medical cover.

In terms of location, the hiring manager is open to those based within the Aberdeenshire region.

Work-life balance is healthy; this is a family-friendly company and there is no weekend working.

Required experience, skills and qualifications:

• At least one years' experience as a CeMAP qualified mortgage advisor;
• Able to use own initiative and 'think outside the box';
• Target-driven and self-motivated;
• Excellent team-working, customer service and interpersonal skills;
