including:Working with other members of the team to ensure that customers get good quality material and on-time deliveriesOperation of the mobile plant including articulated dump trucks and loading shovelAssisting with meeting daily/weekly production targetsEnsuring Plant conforms with safety requirements at all timesFollowing Health, Safety and Environmental policies and proceduresInspections on the Plant and acting on defects and implement remedial actionAssisting in the maintenance regime of the PlantEnsuring that Plant availability is maximisedWorking to keep housekeeping around site to a high standardThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for the role Multi Skilled Operative will have proven experience gained working within a similar aggregates environment or an Industrial or Factory environment as an operative or labourer. Ideally you will have knowledge of mobile Plant and ideally of quarrying. You will also possess good communication skills and have a, real desire to develop
