Full Job Description

This role will require driving continuous improvements, overcoming challenges to provide solutions to be deployed through the CPM field team to maximise the return on investment for Mars Wrigley's. You will work with the Senior Account Manager to deliver the MW strategy through the Field Team for Region.,

  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to execute Strategic plans.

  • Lead, manage, and inspire the regional field management team.

  • Work closely with the Account Manager to innovate and motivate the national team.

  • Resource management through recruitment, retention, coaching, and development

  • Drive continuous improvements and overcome challenges

    Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams within Field based activities.

  • Exceptional organisational, time management and planning skills

  • Motivated, proactive, and resilient

  • Track record of setting and achieving high personal standards

  • Change management expertise and ability to lead from the front.

  • Passion for nurturing talent and exceeding targets

  • Openness to coaching and training for continuous development.

  • Presentation and influencing skills.


  • Desired Experience:
  • Experience working in a Convenience/Independent environment.

  • Experience managing teams at a national level.

    Are you ready to lead and inspire? As the National Field Manager for our long standing. client, Mars. You'll be at the forefront of managing a team of Northern based regional field managers to execute Mars Wrigley's commercial plans. This role is pivotal in driving ultimate sales performance. Salary up to £43k + £3.5k Bonus + Car and other benefits.

    Up to £43k basic salary
