Network / IT Field Service Engineer

· Responsible for the installation and aftersales support of AKVA group products - proprietary software, feeding systems & camera systems

· Configuring radio, routing and switching network equipment

· Setup and maintenance of PTP & PTMP Wireless Access Devices, including links to ensure high quality throughput and capacity

· Field and workshop based

· Remote support to Service Team and customers along with an out of hours on call rota

· Excellent computer and network fault diagnostic skills

· Experience with providing 1st& 2nd line IT support

· Experience in Windows operating systems

· Desirable to have Linux/Ubuntu operating systems knowledge

· Advanced networking skills (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP)

· Experience in working in a customer facing role.

· Minimum HND qualification

· Full UK driving licence
