Neurodiversity Support Workers – Aberdeen
Salary: Starting at £23,401.95 progressing to £25,529.40 (pro rata)
Hours: Full time and Part time roles available

Are you passionate about supporting neurodiverse children, young people, and adults? Do you want to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and their families? A-ND is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Neurodiversity Support Workers (NDSW) to join our team in Aberdeen, with a base at our facilities in Carnie Drive, Aberdeen.
The Role
As a Neurodiversity Support Worker, you will provide direct, one-to-one support to neurodiverse children, young people, some adults, and their families. This role is both varied and rewarding, offering you the opportunity to engage in a wide range of activities, including:
- Home Care and Support: Delivering care, support and assistance within the homes, places of work or education of our children, young people, adults, and families within a 15-mile radius of our Aberdeen facilities.
- Playscheme and Clubs: Leading activities during weekends and school holidays, ensuring that children and young people have access to supportive and stimulating environments, based at our Aberdeen facilities.

A passion for working with neurodiverse individuals and a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care and support. Must register with SSSC.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable and relevant qualifications, although full training will be provided.
