• Generate Property & Casualty New Business within risk appetite and underwriting authority Follow the 4 Call Process to maximise opportunities Meet Bottom Line, Top Line and Expense KPIs for the region Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers to enhance Arch's local presence Negotiate effectively to support broker conversions Provide market and technical intelligence to Regional Manager and team Collaborate with claims and surveyor teams as required Tasks At least 2 years' underwriting experience New Business underwriting experience preferred Proven broker relationships Proven track record in underwriting development Strong negotiation and selling skills Pricing of risk appropriate to the portfolio Experience working in cross-functional, matrix organisations Clear and effective communication Key requirements
