Full Job Description

· Learn all aspects and functions of Rover.

· Know the hotel's facilities and the area.

· Be completely knowledgeable of all reception procedures, such as check in, check out, bookings, general enquiries, cash handling and processing payments, etc.

· Learn about GRM and use it in your routine.

  • Night Porter: 1 year (preferred)

  • Reception: 1 year (preferred)
