Night Senior Care Assistant

Job Description /n Our care home is nestled in the urban yet accessible Ashgill. We offer Nursing, Residential, Dementia & Respite care for 86-residents. /n Senior Care Assistant Contract /n /n - £14.50 per hour /n - Contracted to 36 hours per week /n - Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided /n - 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) /n /n Role Overview /n As Senior Care Assistant, you will guide and support your team in delivering safe, high quality, person centred care that makes a real difference every day to our residents. /n You will take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring care is well organised, consistent and delivered to a high standard. Alongside providing hands on care, you will oversee medication, monitor residents' wellbeing and respond to any changes, ensuring care remains safe and appropriate. /n You will maintain accurate care records and work closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to ensure clear

communication and continuity of care.
