Night Shift Hotel Receptionist

Join our team as a Night Shift Hotel Receptionist at a boutique hotel, where you will be the first point of contact for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

Shift Pattern:

- Every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday night. Start time 7pm/9pm and finish time 7am.

Responsibilities:

-Bake our range of home baked goods

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, emails, and handling guest requests
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service orientation with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous
