Night Social Care Assistant
Glaitness Centre
37 hours per week
Permanent

£41,048 - £41,895 
£21.28 - £21.72 per hour

The above amounts are inclusive of Shift Allowance and Distant Islands Allowance

You will be reporting to the Senior Social Care Worker.

Your working pattern is night shifts only on a rota basis, including weekends and public holidays

The purpose of this role is to provide person centred care to individuals to enable them to live as independently as possible, in line with the principles of the Health and Social Care Standards and the Scottish Social Services Council Codes of Practice and local and national policies in relation to the protection of vulnerable adults

Based at The Glaitness Centre, you’ll work closely with colleagues and senior staff, taking initiative, sharing ideas, and contributing to a supportive team culture where everyone’s input is valued. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and ready to develop their skills and confidence in care.
