changingEncouraging a healthy sleeping pattern where possibleChecking on them all throughout the night and dealing with any incidents that may occurEnsuring that medical needs are met at all timesThis is a waking night position; so in the quiet periods you will also be expected to get involved in some light housekeeping duties (such as loading the dishwasher, laundry and keeping the environment tidy).In the morning you'll then assist with supporting our young adults to get up, washed and dressed, ready for the day.The key to this role will be your ability to communicate effectively, build trusting relationships and provide the support required to enable our young adults to become more autonomous.Duties will vary, you must expect to diversify and lend a hand wherever is required.
