Full Job Description

City Circle Edinburgh are looking for a part time office administration assistant to work in our busy office.

Duties to include (but not limited to)

Filing of tour driver paperwork including expenses and other documentation.

Entering of data into online systems for use by other departments.

Working with the fleet engineer to store all relevant paperwork from engineering inspections and vehicle defect reports

Answering phone calls and dealing with client enquiries.

Supporting the General Manager and operations team with general office duties to include light cleaning of office.

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

    Hours of week will initially between 10-4 Monday and Friday, with the possibility of extra hours on another day during the busy summer season.


  • This is a fixed term contract until the end of October 2024

    Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 6 months

    Pay: £12.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 12 per week
