Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.Responsibilities & QualificationsOther key responsibilities include:Assisting senior lawyers and other Conflicts Department staff in identifying, evaluating, and resolving ethical and business conflict issues relating to conflicts checks for laterals and new businessPerforming legal research and analysis projects relating to conflicts or other aspects of ethics and/or professional responsibility as requested by the Senior Assistant General CounselsTaking responsibility for general risk management programs, such as file audits, accountants letters, contract reviewAssisting with the review and analysis of Outside Counsel Guidelines, Engagement Letters, and other terms of engagement with
