Full Job Description
- Analyse HSBC business and IT processes to identify gaps and improvements needed to meet Operational Resilience requirements
- Design and support implementation of resilience solutions (process improvements, integration into existing controls/testing, simplification of complex processes)
- Lead ORCC delivery activities by coordinating requirements, driving actions to completion, and supporting the ORCC pipeline
- Run change interventions (training, communications, adoption support) to embed Operational Resilience across stakeholders
- Maintain delivery governance and reporting including workflow tracking, status reporting and documentation in JIRA/Clarity, and supporting ORCC operating model/governance
Operational Resilience knowledge in financial services (concepts, practical application, and how it differs from adjacent disciplines like BCM/incident management) - Programme/change delivery experience (requirements, implementation, stakeholder adoption, benefits/outcomes)
- Process analysis and problem-solving (ability to break down complex processes, identify control/resilience gaps, propose workable solutions)
- Strong stakeholder management in a matrix organisation (influencing across functions, geographies, and seniority levels)
- Clear communication and delivery discipline (concise writing, confident facilitation, and strong tracking/reporting using tools like JIRA/Clarity)
