Operations Assistant

Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests.
Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable).
Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Our ideal Operations Assistant will be a dynamic individual who applies a can-do attitude to solve any issues that may arise on location. You will be a team player, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues. A love for the outdoors is essential as these tasks need completing rain or shine every day of the year.

We're looking for someone with:

A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met.
Some previous experience in a similar role.
A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather.

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17:

16 years: £7.55 per hour
17 years: £10.00 per hour
