Operations Associate - Reconciliations / Risk Control

Experteer Overview In this role you oversee critical reconciliation and risk-control activities within the Operations division, partnering with global stakeholders to keep the Firm's books accurate and drive operational excellence. You will support processes, risks, and projects, while mentoring teammates and promoting best practices across the team. Your work will focus on timely investigation of breaks, escalation where needed, and identifying automation opportunities to improve client service. This is a hands-on role at Associate level based in Glasgow with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and control discipline. Pay / Benefits
