Full Job Description

A new role for an Operations Coordinator has arisen within the Cranes & Hydraulics workshop here at EnerMech. This is a permanent full time position offering 37.

5 hours a week, reporting to the Operations Lead. You will be responsible for producing work packs to allow all work within the workshops to be carried out to a high standard safely.

  • Other main duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Regularly liaise with the workshop supervisor and Operation Lead through all stages of job to ensure all jobs are ready and certified for despatch

  • Contact internal departments and external suppliers to receive quotes for purchases

  • Responsible for producing daily / weekly job progress reports to Operation Lead

  • Liaise with MHS department regarding arranging all transport requests

  • Maintain and update of all paperwork correctly and efficiently in job folders on company drives and Navision

  • Responsible for providing Operations Lead with daily job progress updates for the planner

    To be successful for this position you will have relevant work experience in a similar role and have worked with databases, with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.

  • You will have experience with purchase orders and processes and be competent in time management. Ideally you will have previous experience working in a similar industry led organisation.
