Full Job Description

The Operations & Finance Co-ordinator will ensure the smooth functioning and financial well-being of FST. Through co-ordinating and providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and financial support, the post holder will ensure that FST operates efficiently, adheres to sound financial practices, and maintains its reputation as a responsible and financially prudent organisation.

They will work across three key areas:

  • Office and HR Management

  • Planning, finance, budgets, and reporting

  • Governance

  • Interviews will be held between Monday 19 August and Friday 30 August 2024

    Scotland's membership organisation and sector support body for the performing arts is seeking to recruit a passionate, skilled and dedicated Operations and Finance Co-ordinator. The Operations and Finance Co-ordinator will have experience of working in operations, finance, accounting or HR, a strong understanding of financial principles and practices with experience of financial reporting and experience in budget preparation and forecasting.

    Advocacy Lead - 0.8 FTE (£34,300 per annum, pro-rata £27,440)
    Change Programmes Lead - 0.8 FTE (£34,300 per annum, pro-rata £27,440)
    Digital Communications Co-ordinator - full time (£29,843)
    Membership and Networks Lead - 0.8 FTE (£34,300 per annum, pro-rata £27,440)
    Operations and Finance Co-ordinator - full time (£31,229)
