Operations and Projects Manager

Sistema Scotland’s vision is to thrive together through music. We deliver our work through six Big Noise programmes: in Raploch & Fallin in Stirling, Govanhill in Glasgow, Torry in Aberdeen, Douglas in Dundee and Wester Hailes in Edinburgh.

You will support the Head of Operations and IT with the effective embedding of Health & Safety (H&S) and operational processes for the organisation; for example supporting and providing guidance to local H&S officers and H&S representatives, policy and risk assessment review, and Control of Noise Regulations coordination and implementation. You will also lead on key pieces of cross centre working, projects and events.

Along with experience and knowledge of Health & Safety and Data Protection legislation and best practice, you will have experience and a track record of success in general management/ leadership and proven project or event management experience.

This is a permanent, part-time post, working 28 hours a week (working pattern to be agreed with line manager).
