Post Title: Operations Support Assistant
Location: Highland Council Headquarters, Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term for 12 months
Salary: £26,717 - £29,247 per annum
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose:
Correctly handle all mail such as application forms, customer enquiries/appeals, system reports, payments, billing and recovery documentation and returned correspondence.
Distribute applications and other documentation electronically or in paper form to relevant staff as required.
Import and correctly index electronic documents, including those received via disk and CD form.
Receipt, scan and index applications and related documents, including system and other reports, received in whatever format e.g. electronic, hard copy or CD.
