Calling all aspiring professionals! Optura Glazing, a leading optical services provider, want to find a committed candidate for their optical lab administration apprenticeship. This is a key role within the business and would provide an amazing opportunity to learn and grow within the team. Responsibilities:

  • Processing of the daily delivery, unpacking and matching up orders with the relevant orders
  • Booking in and out work from all stores using online system X Eye X
  • Processing the work that comes in – traying up, picking frames and lenses
  • Stock maintenance
  • Online ordering from suppliers using supplier portals
  • Computer duties such as spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and correspondence with various branches with staff of all levels
  • Answering calls / emails from customer's queries

Salary:

£13,312 per annum

Working hours:

40 hours per week
