Oracle Developer | 6 Month Contract | (Inside IR35) | Remote

Day Rate: 550

Job Description:

Our Public Sector client is seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Developer to join their Digital Delivery team.

You will be part of an established agile delivery team working to deliver a new back-office database and associated Oracle APEX application.

This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where working independently whilst collaborating effectively within the wider team is key.

Key Skills

  • Data Design and Modelling within an Oracle Development.
  • Proven experience in Oracle RDBMS database development. Design, develop and modify relational database objects including Tables, View, Packages, Triggers and Indexes.
  • Proficiency in documenting functional specifications.
  • Proficient in PL/SQL and SQL.
  • Familiarity with REST API development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., MS DevOps).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of MS DevOps.
  • Experience with other database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Cosmos DB).
  • Familiarity with MS Power Platform/Dynamics 365.
  • Front-end web development experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, NodeJS).
