Location ref: Dundee

Assist with food preparation in the kitchen for break/lunches or hospitality service.
Assist with desserts and baking and any other items as requested by the Head Chef
Assist with setting up the hotplate for service times including 2 Lunch sittings and serving at service times to the agreed standards / recipes and in conjunction with any notified allergens
Work front of house on the tills, in the Pod for hot drinks and food service during peak times
Food safety & Hygiene Practices being complied with
Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning after lunch service to the agreed company standards.

Ability to pass a DBS/PVG check.
Previous experience working within a kitchen environment & Front of House service knowledge to be able to work in a busy operation.
Some basic knowledge of food preparation and cash handling as well as working with customers.
Be able to demonstrate self-motivation and drive
Experience of working within school or education catering an advantage
Good time management
Flexibility
Excellent presentation skills.

Permanent, part-time, 22.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (some occasional out of hours of work available).
Term-time only (38 working weeks).
Shift times: 10:00 - 14:30.
Pay rate: £12.71/ hour (annual salary £12,173.66).
Full training is provided.
