Full Job Description

Overall role:- This post will report to and support the PA to the CEO, who manages the HR function, and Directors, as well as working closely with other departments across the Company.


* Provide admin support to the PA to the CEO and Directors
* Assist with the preparation of HR reports
* Compile reports for management
* Maintain employee records
* Manage and update HR databases (new hires, leavers, holidays and absences)
* Attend meetings and take notes
* Book business travel and accommodation
* Assist with general office tasks when required

Person Spec (Skills/Knowledge and Experience required)
* Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times, especially when dealing with personal and sensitive data and information
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills and the ability to multitask
* Have the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing workload priorities
* Ability to be proactive and take initiative
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite
* Ensure prompt and efficient responses to actions
* Present the company with integrity and professionalism at all times
* No previous HR experience required, but enthusiasm to help and engage with colleagues and contribute to the Company's mission, values and growth.
Salary and Conditions
* Salary TBC
* Full time hours: 37.5 hours per week
