Full Job Description
- Implement continuous improvement culture, supporting all Manufacturing Excellence standards and practices.
- Coaching a multi-disciplinary team of production operators and engineers to develop them as individuals and as a team to lead a step change in engagement.
- Delivery of balanced business scorecard results in area to drive performance.
- Ownership of medium to long term strategy for their area including CapEx and investment proposals to support productivity and performance improvement in line with the business strategy.
- Day-to-day accountabilities, responsibilities and ownership of all "run" the business activities. Support, create and develop "improve" activities. Your impact on the Role-
- Responsible for line production, team management and engagement throughout tier structure
- Managing a team of Equipment Owners, Operators and Engineers.
