Painter & Decorator (Temporary Contract) - Fife

We are currently recruiting for experienced and fully qualified Painters & Decorators to join a team working on a temporary contract across social housing properties throughout Fife.

• Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating works within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, stripping, and priming.
• Applying paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to a high standard.
• Completing work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality and attention to detail.
• Working respectfully within tenants homes and providing excellent customer service.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and site procedures.

• Fully qualified Painter & Decorator
• Previous experience working within domestic properties; social housing experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and materials.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Own tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Immediate start available.
• Ongoing temporary work with the potential for extension.
