Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced Painter & Decorators to join our team working across various sites in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding and masking prior to painting.
• Apply paints, stains and finishes using brushes and rollers with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Follow site-specific risk assessments and all health & safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, site supervisors and colleagues.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Time-served Painter & Decorator with an SVQ qualification.
• Valid driving licence preferred, but not essential.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good level of physical fitness to undertake the demands of the role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Professional approach with a focus on health and safety at all times.
