Job purpose: Babington are supporting NSL for a Modern apprenticeship opportunity as a Parking Attendant in Edinburgh.

What does a Parking Attendant do?

As a Parking Attendant, you'll be out and about in the local community, helping to keep streets safe, accessible and welcoming for everyone.

You'll:

• Help members of the public understand local parking regulations

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Patrol local streets

• Support safe, fair and accessible parking across the community

• Report abandoned vehicles and equipment issues

• Issue Penalty Charge Notices where parking regulations are not being followed

• Work independently while also being part of a supportive team

What will I learn?

• You will gain valuable work experience and confidence dealing with customers.

• Skills in communication, problem solving and responsibility.

Great opportunity to work towards a SQA recognised qualification, while working with a trusted employer supporting you develop your skills and knowledge.

What qualifications or qualities are required? No previous experience is required. We're looking for people who are:
